According to the Arizona Department of Health Services, heat-related illnesses are common during these months. 
 
Each year an estimated 3,000 people visit Arizona emergency rooms because of heat-related illnesses. Some heat-related illnesses could also even be fatal.
So, if you're golfing, hiking or just outdoors, make sure to pre-hydrate. If you are feeling thirsty, you are likely already facing some degree of dehydration.&nbsp;
