Apple-hazelnut salad in a cup

Ingredients for apple salad spread out in bowls.

Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons bottled nonfat raspberry vinaigrette

1 apple, diced

1/4 cup dried fruit of your choice

2 tablespoons hazelnuts, chopped

1 cup mixed greens, rinsed and dried

Directions

  • Layer ingredients in order in a large cup.
  • Cover cup with a lid or plastic wrap.
  • Shake cup and enjoy!
