1/3 avocado, mashed

1 lemon wedge

1 teaspoon feta cheese

1 teaspoon pepitas (pumpkin seeds)



Directions

Substitute pomegranate seeds for pumpkin seeds, which also adds crunch and a nice pop of color to avocado toast.
